SeatWeave is built around a simple idea: organizing an event should support the people at its center. Names, groups, tables and arrival details all matter, but none should compete with the occasion itself.
That is why the experience focuses on essential local tools. Plan events, manage groups and RSVP statuses, arrange table assignments and record guest check-ins with the flexibility to keep refining as plans evolve.

SeatWeave is designed for event organizers who need to keep moving pieces together: a guest’s RSVP, a group’s place in the room, the records made during check-in, and the reports created afterward.
It does not require a user account or automatic cloud synchronization. The information you enter is held in local app storage and can be deleted through the controls described in the Privacy Policy.
